Return Process

Ensure the mattress or topper is in good condition and follow our instructions for packaging or local donation pickup.
- 3.Verification and Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a pickup through our logistics partners or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller items.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After we receive confirmation of the return or donation, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
